"The service itself was okay, but finding..."
The service itself was okay, but finding parking nearby was way more annoying than I expected. It took a while and made the whole visit feel a little stressful before I even got inside. I also never fully trust customer service to actually help when little issues come up, so I wasn’t exactly eager to ask anyone about it.

"Helpful recs I wouldn’t have found on my own"
I tried Glowbar a few weeks ago and actually ended up liking the product recommendations more than I expected. They suggested a couple things for my skin that I probably wouldn’t have picked out myself, and after using them for a bit, I can see why they recommended them. One item was definitely a little pricier than I would’ve liked, but overall I’m happy with what I bought.

"Super Comfortable and Helpful Facial"
I’ve had facials before where the esthetician made me feel pressured to buy products or acted like my skin was a big problem, so this was such a refreshing experience. She explained what was going on with my skin in a really normal, helpful way and didn’t make it awkward or pushy at all. You could tell she knew what she was doing, and my face felt so clean afterward.

"Works fine, but could be easier to use"
To be fair, my glowbar.com account works and I haven’t had any major issues with it. Booking an appointment is straightforward once you’re logged in, which I appreciate. That said, some parts feel a little clunky, like trying to find past appointments or update my info. A couple pages also loaded slowly for me. It gets the job done, but I think it could be a bit smoother and more user-friendly overall.

"Felt a Little Passed Around"
The skin consultation was okay overall, but it felt a bit rushed. Everyone was nice, and my questions did get answered, but I also kind of felt passed around and didn’t get the deeper explanation I was hoping for about my skin type or what products would actually make sense for me. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as helpful or personal as I expected

Everyone at Glowbar was really nice and easy to talk to, which made the visit feel comfortable right away. There wasn’t any awkward pressure, and the staff kept things simple and relaxed. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely feel good going back...

"Hard to Book an Appointment"
I was really interested in trying Glowbar, but the booking process has been kind of frustrating. The only open spots I saw were either super early or on random weekdays that just don’t work for me. I checked back a few times hoping something better would pop up, but no luck. It seems like a great place, but if it’s this hard to actually get in, I might just look somewhere else.

"Fast and easy stay"
Checking in was really quick, and checking out took maybe a minute. It was simple and useful, which I appreciated. Overall everything went smoothly, though I do wish the front desk had explained things a little more clearly.

I had to cancel my glowbar appointment at the last minute, i was expecting it to be a bit of a headache. I’m particular about things being straightforward when it comes to booking and rescheduling, and this met my standard. I was able to pick another day in just a few clicks, and the confirmation came through right away. Super simple and stress-free.

"This membership is kind of a joke"
I don’t think the membership is worth it at all. You pay way too much every month for barely anything in return. Feels like a dumb little money grab.

"Super convenient, honestly"
Glowbar is right by my office, so booking an appointment after work is really easy and saves me a ton of hassle. That said, if there’s ever a delay or mix-up, I’d definitely expect some kind of compensation or credit since I’m fitting it into a tight schedule.

"I had a question about my Glowbar…"
I had a question about my Glowbar booking and sent a message to support. They did get back to me, and they were nice once they replied, but the wait was longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but waiting when you’re trying to plan around an appointment is just frustrating. The slow first response was really the main issue for me. Once they actually answered, they fixed it quickly, so that part was fine. I just wish they were faster at responding in the first place.

"Reminders were a mess"
At first I thought the booking process was going to be smooth, but then the reminders just didn’t show up correctly. that got annoying fast. I went from feeling fine about it to being frustrated because I couldn’t really rely on them

"Just okay , not really worth the price"
I went to Glowbar hoping my skin would look a little fresher , but it was just okay . The facial was quick and the staff was friendly , which I appreciated . But later that day my face felt kind of dry , and I didn’t really notice much of a difference afterward . For the price , I expected a bit more .
